Loved the Custom Hat builder. I could select from all the different styles of hat, change the color, add a patch if I wanted, pick the shape and color of the patch...even the color of the stitching and include the image I wanted on the patch. It worked well and my son loved the I built for him!!!

**UPDATE: After leaving my previous review Zac reached out to me to inquire about the lesser quality hat I received and informed me that they did discover a bad batch of Richardson hats they received and offered to replace free of charge and let me keep the other hat for the inconvenience. I received the hat today 1/18 and it is a much better quality Richardson hat. I am extremely impressed with how they handled this situation and their overall communication was impeccable. I HIGHLY recommend them for your hat needs, great quality and amazing customer service!!! Thank you very much, great job!!
Hat arrived quickly, within 3 days. The quality of the hat isn’t the same as types of Richardson 115 hats I purchased at Scheels but overall it’s fine. The patch is thicker than I’d hoped but the stitching is nicely done. Looks great!
