OuterWings
Outer Wings makes leather patch hats for people who live outside. We design every patch in-house, laser it into real full-grain leather, and stitch it to premium hats that hold up to weather, sweat, and road trips.
We’re based in Hendersonville, North Carolina, with roots in Breckenridge, Colorado. Same small-batch craft. New mountain views.

FROM THE ROCKIES TO THE BLUE RIDGE
We started in Breckenridge, where long winters and big peaks shaped our style. We moved to Hendersonville to bring the same craft to the Blue Ridge—closer to family, new trails, and a community that likes gear with a story.

Artwork is engraved into full-grain leather.

Each patch is machine-sewn to the hat for durability.

Edges are sealed, fit is checked, and we ship fast from NC.

ZAC BETHEL
I’m Zac—designer, sign maker, and the guy running the laser and sewing machine. When I’m not in the studio, I’m riding singletrack, paddling rivers, or planning the next mountain trip. Outer Wings is my way of building gear that fits that life.
