Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition you received it
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at info@outerwings.com with your order number and whether you’d like a return or an exchange.
If your request is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back.
Items sent back without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Labels (Who Pays)
For approved returns or exchanges, we’ll provide a return shipping label. Who pays depends on the reason:
- If the issue is on us: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we cover the cost of the return label.
- If it’s preference-based: If you’re returning or exchanging due to fit preference, style preference, or changing your mind, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund (for returns) or collected before the replacement ships (for exchanges).
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery and must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
One exchange per order is permitted. We’re not able to send multiple replacements from the same order until you find the perfect fit.
Once we receive and inspect your original item, we’ll ship your exchange item (if available). If the requested item is out of stock, we can help you choose a different option or switch the request to a return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@outerwings.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, email us before starting a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged item.
