How Custom Hat Orders Work

  • 1: Choose Your Hat Style

    Start by picking the hat style that fits your brand, business, event, or personal design best. If you do not see the style you want, reach out and we may be able to bring it in.

  • 2: Select Your Hat Color

    Choose the hat color you want for your custom order. If the exact color you need is not shown in the configurator, email us at info@outerwings.com and we can see if it can be brought into stock.

  • 3: Choose Your Patch Type

    Select either the premium sewn real leather patch option or the heat-pressed leatherette option. Sewn real leather is the signature Outer Wings look, while heat-pressed leatherette is a lower-cost option for more budget-driven projects.

  • 4: Pick Your Patch Shape and Details

    Choose your patch shape, and if you are selecting the sewn option, choose your stitching color as well. This is where you start shaping the final look of your custom hat.

  • 5: Upload Your Logo or Design

    Upload your artwork directly through the configurator. Vector files like AI, EPS, PDF, or DXF are preferred when available, but you can still start with the file you have. If the preview looks slightly off-center or the logo does not look sized quite right, no worries, we will make sure the final patch is properly sized and centered when the hat is actually produced.

  • 6: Set Your Quantity and Place Your Order

    Enter the quantity you need and complete your order. There is no minimum, so you can order one hat or a larger batch. For most orders, the timeline shown at checkout is accurate, but very large orders may require extra production time.
