Our Exchange Policy: Straightforward and Fair
If you bought your hat directly from OuterWings.com, you’re eligible for one free exchange per order. Here’s how it works:
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to start an exchange
- Hat must be unworn, undamaged, and in new condition
- We’ll ship your new hat once we receive and inspect the original
- Shipping both ways is on us (U.S. orders only)
Common reasons for exchange:
- Wrong size or fit
- Prefer a different color
- Style wasn’t quite what you had in mind
- You just changed your mind — it happens
If it’s new and unused, we’ll swap it out.

Once your original hat is received and confirmed to be in unworn condition, your new hat will be on the way.
